Due to slow store traffic, the current economic situation, the increase in service calls and business based clients, and to provide a more cost effective and better quality service for our businesses, effective immediately (10/17/11), we will be closed to regular store hours. We have been very blessed though the last 8 years and are very thankful for all of our customers and have saw our business based clients grow to around 80% of our total business, while our store/home user clients have continued to decline. With these changes and personnel changes at SD Technologies, we are forced to narrow our services in order to provide a much better quality service and continue that value and personal touch that we have always strived to achieve for those we will continue to serve. We will service our personal customers by remote, on-site, and in-store repairs by appointments and as schedules will allow.
